Error 217


Error 217 occurs when attempting to re-activate a computer that was manually removed by a Smaart Support Technician or via the machine ID cancellation form in your license management account.


This error can only be resolved by Rational Acoustics Support. Please submit a ticket so we can assist you with re-activating Smaart.


To prevent Error 217 from occurring, ensure you deactivate Smaart through the program when you are done using it, and that you do not use the machine ID cancellation form to remove an active computer or troubleshoot Smaart.
