Why can't I login to my license management account?

If you're having problems accessing your license management account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Check to make sure you're logging in at https://my.rationalacoustics.com and not a different web address. 

    Store accounts and License Management accounts are completely separate.

  2. Double-check that you are entering your Account Name and password correctly. 

    You can find your Account Name by requesting a password reset link

    Once your email is verified, your Account Name will become your email address. Click here for more information on email verification. If you still aren't sure what the Account Name is, please submit a ticket for further assistance.

  3. Verify that Caps Lock is not enabled on your keyboard, as the password is both case-sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your Password? link near the sign-in field. You will then be given two options:

  • Enter your Account Name and answer the Security Questions to reset the password directly.
  • Enter your email address to receive a reset link. This email will include your Account Name, which is helpful if you've forgotten it.
