Rational Acoustics online store accounts are used to track order histories for products purchased through our online store, though they are not required to complete a purchase. These are separate from https://my.rationalacoustics.com accounts and are not used to manage Smaart licenses.

An email address is used to log in to these types of accounts. If an account was created during checkout, you'll need to use the email address that was associated with the order.
