Account Types
As a Rational Acoustics Customer, you may have multiple online accounts with us for our different portals. Here is a breakdown of those accounts and what they are used for.
Store (Shopify) Accounts
Store accounts are hosted on Rationalacoustics.com and they are used to purchase products from us. Store accounts will hold your order history, shipping address, and payment information.
License Management (my.rational) Accounts
License Management accounts are hosted on my.rationalacoustics.com and are used to register and manage licenses that you own.
