Whether you've just purchased Smaart for the first time or you're looking to install Smaart on a new computer, these instructions are intended to help you get started.
First, head to my.rationalacoustics.com and log into your license management account. Enter your Account Name, which may not necessarily be the same as the email address on your account. If you've lost your account name or password, click the Trouble Logging In? link to initiate the account recovery process.
If you haven't registered your license yet:
You'll need to register your newly purchased license to this account before you can download the software. Click the + Register a New License button and enter the license number that was emailed to you upon purchase.
If you've already registered your license(s):
Upon logging in, your account will be open to the Software Licenses tab. If for some reason this doesn't happen, click Software Licenses on the side menu. This menu should show each of your Smaart licenses, listed by edition/version.
Alternatively, you can click Download for a list of Smaart software that is registered to your account, complete with download links for Windows and macOS.
Next, navigate to the Smaart edition you're looking to download and click Details. You will then be brought to a page with information on your current installs, a link to purchase additional installs, and download links for both macOS and Windows.
From here, click the appropriate download button and note where the installer is saved on your computer. The first time you open Smaart, you will be asked to activate the software.
