Where can I find my Smaart license code?

Smaart license codes can be found by logging-in to your license management account at https://my.rationalacoustics.com and clicking the "Software Licenses" link on the menu to the left:

In some instances, we can help you locate your license code if you are having trouble logging into your account, but we will need to know one of the following pieces of information:

• The license purchase order number
• The Account Name
• The account owner's first and last name
• The email address associated with the account
  
  

We cannot look up a license by Machine ID except in rare circumstances. If we do, the requester's information must match the information on the account.
