Minimum System Requirements for Smaart
Smaart is available for both the Windows® and macOS® operating systems. Besides the obvious OS differences, the two versions are exactly the same in functionality, look and operation. Below are the minimum hardware / OS requirements for the latest version of Smaart.

Minimum requirements are established to ensure reasonable performance when default settings are used. Consider a more powerful computer if you plan to use large FFT sizes, or run many measurements at the same time.
Newer OS versions are compatible unless otherwise stated. Please also make sure that all video, audio, and other hardware drivers on your system are fully up-to-date before using Smaart.
If you are unsure whether your system meets these requirements, we highly recommend downloading the Demo and verifying that your system can perform the desired measurements prior to purchasing a license.

Smaart does not support the use of third-party "patching" programs to allow newer versions of operating systems to run on older, unsupported hardware.* Smaart does not support Windows computers with ARM-based processors
