How to Access Your Smaart RTA Invoice
Unlike Smaart desktop, all licensing for both Smaart RTA and Smaart RTA Pro is managed by Apple. As such, we are unable to provide any invoices for Smaart RTA [and Pro] purchases.
Users can, however, access any licensing info pertaining to their Smaart RTA [and Pro] license Apple's App Store.
Here are the steps on how to do so:
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap your name at the top of the profile page
- Scroll down and select "Purchase History"
- Find the order you want the invoice for
- Tap the "Total Billed" label to see transaction details
