Which interfaces have control integration and gain tracking within Smaart?

Smaart can control the gain and phantom power of certain audio devices directly from the input meters. To access these meters, navigate to View > Input Meters or use the hot key [Shift] + [E].

Devices with control integration will also allow for gain tracking, which is enabled in the Input tab of the IO config window. To turn on this feature, check the "Gain Tracking" box after calibration. This will cause Smaart to recalculate its dB offset with the gain for any calibrated channel of that device is adjusted. Please note that this recalibration is not perfect, so you might see a +/- 1dB difference depending on how large the gain change is. 

The following devices support gain tracking:

• Smaart IO (discontinued)
• Roland Octacapture
• Audient EVO 4, 8, 16 (v9.1 or later. Audient Evo SP8 is not supported)

Please note that gain tracking is only available in Smaart v8 or later.
