Where can I find an invoice for my online order?
When you order goods from the Rational Acoustics online store, you will receive an order confirmation containing a summary of your order as well as links to view your order details online and to download a PDF copy of your order invoice. This order confirmation email is sent to whatever email address you entered during the checkout process.
Note: Once an order has been processed and your credit card has been charged, we are unable to change the billing address on the invoice as it is tied to the credit card used for payment.
If you have ordered Smaart software, you will receive a second email (sent to the same address as the order confirmation) containing your Smaart License Code # and registration/activation instructions.
Smaart license code delivery emails are generally delivered within a few minutes of the order confirmation email, but can occasionally take longer. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your license code delivery email within 24 hours.
If you ordered hard goods, you will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been processed and shipped. You can click on the tracking # link in the email to see an update on your package’s progress.
