We currently do not have any troubleshooting articles that are specific to Smaart 8 SPL. You can refer to Smaart v8 Troubleshooting first, then email us if you are still having issues.
Please also note that Smaart SPL cannot be deactivated normally; this is because we treat it as sort of a "single-install" license. If you need to remove an install off your SPL license, please contact us for assistance.
